4 cups berries
1 1/3 c. honey
4 T. lemon juice
2 pks. liquid pectin
Mash berries and cook with honey and lemon juice. When berries are at a full boil, add pectin. Keep at a low boil for another 5 minutes, stirring continually. Pour hot liquid into 1/2 pint jars, seal and can. Delicious. The honey brings out the flavor of the fruits, instead of masking them like sugar does.
