We strive to ship your products as soon as possible, because we know beekeeping can be time-sensitive. If we are out of stock or cannot process your order right away for some reason, we will notify you. If there is a delay on our end, you are welcome to cancel your order and your money will be refunded.
We have contracted with FedEx and UPS for all shipments that total less than 150 lbs. If your order is more than that, please contact us for a custom quote on freight, as freight costs may be less expensive than FedEx or UPS when orders total more than 150 lbs.
