These quality bottom boards are built with #8 hardware cloth and extend the full area of the inside of the hive body. Debris can easily fall through. The bottom boards also have grooves cut in the sides to accept an IPM sticky board for mites (see photo below.) We offer screened bottom boards for both 5 Frame Nucs, 10 Frame Hive Bodies, and 8 Frame Hive Bodies. Please call to order the screened bottom boards for the 8 frame hive bodies.
