We want you to be pleased with your order of bee equipment and supplies. Please call us toll free at 866-587-3362 or email if you have any problems with anything that you have purchased from us. We strive very hard to make it right, however, we require a few things from our customers:
All purchases must be returned in new condition, with a receipt, within 60 days of purchase to receive a refund or credit. Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipment to return the products. If products were received broken or damaged, please contact us immediately so we can send you a replacement and contact our shipper.
